An Initial Information System Not Meeting Growth Objectives
Before implementing Akeneo PIM, Zadig&Voltaire relied mainly on Excel files for collecting information and managing its products on its e-commerce site and marketplaces. Manually entering data in Excel increased the risk of errors. These errors could compromise the accuracy of information regarding stock levels, materials, etc., leading to product returns and a disappointing customer experience.
Extended Time-to-Market
Using an unsuitable tool to manage a growing volume of product references made tracking and listing difficult and time-consuming. Integration on marketplaces could take several weeks, causing delays in launching new products and limiting the company’s responsiveness to market changes.
Each season, we publish between 800 and 1,000 new references on our site. It's a huge catalog. With Akeneo, our time-to-market has significantly decreased.

Aiming to modernize its product information management system to enrich and distribute its catalog across multiple sales channels, Zadig&Voltaire turned to Akeneo. Today, the PIM hosts approximately 120,000 unique product references, ranging from ready-to-wear to leather goods and accessories. Collaborating with Akeneo, Zadig&Voltaire established a centralized and automated product information management system. Information is now stored in a single, secure database accessible to all team members. Internal team productivity and collaboration have improved, facilitating the management of the growing product catalog, thanks to its rule engine and automation capabilities. Simplifying Collection Distribution Across Various Sales Channels
To optimize its presence on marketplaces and explore new sales channels, Zadig&Voltaire chose Akeneo Product Cloud to centralize the brand’s product repository and enhance it through a single tool, while developing connectors with various marketplaces to facilitate product distribution on these external platforms. Now, with Akeneo, the collection release process is significantly simplified, and the data sent is of higher quality. This optimization allows the brand to expand its presence across all channels more efficiently and quickly.
