  • Dynamic Attribute Dependencies: Akeneo introduces dynamic attribute dependencies that leverage conditional logic to ensure the most relevant attributes and values are included in the product record. This is immensely important to any business that needs to decrease risks associated with expensive regulatory fines, by ensuring that product data meets strict legal standards and industry requirements, such as ETIM and Digital Product Passports.

Enrich Product Records with Specific Gen-AI Prompting

  • High-granularity Gen AI prompts: Akeneo continues expanding its native AI capabilities with support for more granular custom prompts that increase translation accuracy and content specificity by enabling users to provide specific instructions for how each product attribute should be handled – allowing the AI agent to focus on certain terms, ignore select words, or handle HTML tags more effectively.

Activate Everywhere Along the Customer Journey

  • Akeneo App for SAP Commerce: This flexible app allows integrators to configure and transform the data quickly and easily to meet complex commerce needs, ultimately reducing the total cost of ownership of SAP Commerce by leveraging the SAP Integration Suite.
  • AI Image Transformation & Akeneo Content Delivery Network (CDN): Automatically format assets to meet the needs of any channel and then leverage Akeneo’s new CDN to deliver those tailored product assets to market directly from Akeneo Product Cloud, reducing image load times and improving website reliability and security.
  • New Syndication Channels: Increase corporate data governance by ensuring a single source of truth for product records by syndicating directly from Akeneo Product Cloud to over 500 destinations, including new additions of Google Shopping, eBay, Walmart, Home Depot, and Best Buy.

Optimize Product Performance By leveraging Customer Insights 

  • PX Insights: PX Insights turns customer intent, behavior and sentiment into actionable insights by identifying opportunities to curate product information that more closely aligns with the way buyers think about and use products, providing the ability to execute smarter merchandising strategies that grow sales and reduce returns. Akeneo now natively stores, manages, analyzes, and shares customer insights such as search and discovery behaviors, sentiment analysis and product reviews.
